Absolutely! Most logos are useable on their own but some may require a little help to ensure they print crisp and clean. Laura will work with you on how to provide the best file to make you look totally professional. In fact, Laura can pick exact colors within your logo to match the rest of the banner, most of the time including the fonts too!

You may be able to get a credit for sales tax paid from your state. If you’re making a purchase that qualifies as tax-exempt, such as a purchase for a certified non-profit organization, you must first make your purchase and then submit your tax exemption form to Etsy. They will review the information you send and if qualified, refund the sales tax on your purchase.

You have several choices but the most popular programs seem to be Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop. Absolutely! In fact, production will not begin until you have approved your proof. Sometimes this may mean extending your "ship by date" out to ensure we get it just right for you. Make sure to keep an eye on your Etsy messages so you don't miss any important communication that may include your proof(s). Just to note, your order will be cancelled if you do not reply with an approval by an extended ship date.

I provide design services at no cost when used with my products. However, if you’d like to receive banner files or reworked logos for independent use, I offer them for a small nominal fee, granting you full control over future modifications. With your purchase, you'll receive one Adobe Illustrator file, one layered PDF file, and one high-resolution JPG file at full size. For logos, I recommend purchasing the logo design listing, which includes a style guide detailing specific colors and fonts, along with 20+ logo files in various formats for social media, everyday use, and vector applications. Please inquire for the proper listing(s) to purchase the file(s).

Grommets are placed on the banners in order to hang them. It is purely preference as to how you want them. Some people only want them in the corners and others prefer to have more which are placed every 2-feet along the edges for more hanging options. The choice is yours.

To help prolong the life of these flags, it is recommended to bring flags and hardware inside every night and upon rain or heavy wind. Flags are not meant to withstand extreme weather conditions and should not be left outside for extended periods of time. The flag should be placed in a location where it can move freely without coming into contact with objects such as trees, fences, walls, buildings etc. It is possible the flag may be scratched, ripped or damaged if it does come into contact with any objects.

HEX codes identify colors for electronic screens (RGB), while printing uses CMYK inks. Although conversions are typically very close, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, different materials such as vinyl banners, polyester fabric flags, table runners, and other printed products absorb and display ink differently, which can result in slight color variations even when the same artwork and color values are used. Proofs are representative of the final printed product, but colors may appear differently on screens, in various lighting conditions, and across different materials.

Because all Elephant ICE products are custom-made, I do rely on timely communication to complete your order. If I do not receive a response after multiple outreach attempts, the project may be considered abandoned after 90 days. At that point, the order becomes non-refundable, and a new order may be required to resume work.
