WARRANTY
We stand behind every piece of jewelry we make and send out. All jewelry will come with a 100 day warranty on all manufacturer defect from the day the jewelry is delivered. Please contact us if with any issues with the order.
RETURNED MAIL
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement parcels or offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
3. Address deemed undeliverable by carrier.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order.

Sizing
Follow these easy steps to find the perfect fit on our hoops!
Please Note: We use millimeters (mm) as our unit of measurement for all our jewelry.
1 centimeter (cm) is equivalent to 10 millimeters (mm).
1. Using a ruler, measure the distance from the center of the piercing down to the edge of the ear where the hoop will hug.
2. Depending on your desired fitting:
For a SNUG fit, add ~1mm to the measurement
For a LOOSE fit, add ~2mm to the measurement
This is our standard recommendation to our customers to measure and find their perfect hoop. However this is ONLY a recommendation, this method does not take into account the width and thickness of the ear as every ear and piercing is unique.

Alternatively, if you currently own a perfectly fitting hoop, you can simply measure the inner diameter of the hoops.
To measure the inner diameter of the hoops:
1. Using a ruler, line up the start of the ruler (0mm) to the inner edge of the hoop.
2. Line up the ruler to the furthest opposite inner edge of the hoop to get the most accurate sizing.
The measurement will be equivalent to the sizing of our hoops.
