Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

If against all expectations you are unhappy with your purchase contact me immediately so a satisfactory solution can be found. Items returned within 2 weeks in original and sellable condition are eligible for a refund (minus shipping costs). Wound/caked yarns are not returnable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Payment

Payment through paypal is accepted. Through paypal you can either use your credit card or your own paypal account (if applicable) to make a payment.

Shipping

Orders are sent to the address listed at checkout on Etsy. Should you like your order to be shipped to a different address, let me know in the 'Notes to Seller' section at checkout. Normally orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Currently there is no ball winding or caking service available. High quality photos of each item are taken with care to ensure best representation. Do keep in mind that colors can vary due to different types, models and settings of devices.
