Shop policies
If you need clarification on any of the policies listed below, don't hesitate to send me a message! I am ridiculously attached to my phone so I can always respond quickly.
***CUSTOM ORDERS***
If you are having some custom work done, such as a blog design, please be available to approve your "proofs" and to answer any of my questions throughout the designing process. If I do not hear back from you then I have to move on to my next custom order which could not only delay the completion of your order, but of others I am working on.
NOTE** I will not design any additional matching pieces of your blog design until the main header design has been finalized & approved by you.
***REVISIONS***
Although I want to assure you are completely happy with your design before I finalize it, I only offer 3 revisions (if needed) free of charge. If it comes down to it and you need/want more than the 3 included revisions, I will charge for additional revisions at a rate of $25/hr. I only charge extra for more revisions because it takes up a lot of my time.
***COPYRIGHTS***
I retain full copyrights to all of my designs. Please do not copy, reproduce or resell in ANY form without my permission. If you are interested in using my designs for commercial purposes, please contact me. I also retain the right to use the designs in my portfolio, on my website, or in my Etsy shop or for samples of previous work I have done.

Shipping
For custom work, it mostly depends on how quickly we can email back and forth to discuss changes, as well as how many revisions you need. The average design will be done within a week, but please understand it may take longer. No matter what, I always have my iPhone with me and can respond to emails to keep you updated on your design at any hour.
