It paints over easily too, and for an even better finish I’d recommend spraying the beading before fitting rather than brushing afterwards. I’m truly delighted with the result and highly recommend this seller. After multiple communications, we finalised a custom order — the seller was patient throughout and provided great service. Delivery was exactly as mentioned. Very happy with everything — thank you!

1. Can I customize the size of the moldings?
Yes, we can customize the size of the moldings to meet your needs. Just provide the specific dimensions and design preferences, and we’ll create a custom design for you.
2. How does the custom design process work?
Our custom design process works as follows:
Send us photos of the wall where you plan to install the moldings.
Take exact measurements of the wall's height and width. Be sure to note any fixed elements like sockets or artwork.
If you have a preferred style or inspiration image, share it with us.
We'll create a draft of the project and get your feedback. Once you approve the design, we’ll start cutting and packaging your order.
3. What materials are used for the moldings?
Our moldings are made from high-quality polystyrene. They are factory-primed and ready to paint. The surface is smooth and does not require any sanding before painting.
4. How do I install the moldings?
We provide a detailed installation guide with your order. Here’s a brief overview of the process:
Lay out the moldings on the floor according to the provided plan.
Thoroughly clean the wall to remove any dirt or debris.
If you prefer, attach the first piece to the wall using silicone and nails.
Add the remaining pieces, ensuring they are properly aligned and level.
Fill any gaps or joints with sealant.
You can paint the moldings either before or after installation. All our moldings come primed and ready to paint.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We prepare and ship orders received early according to our local time on the same day whenever possible. Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days depending on the destination area. During holidays or peak periods, there may be slight delays, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
6. Can I get an example photo of the molding design?
Yes, we can provide an example photo along with the dimensions to help you visualize the design. This way, you’ll have a clear idea of what the final product will look like.
7. How do I complete my purchase?
We will send you a payment link via Etsy. You can complete your purchase through that link, and once the payment is confirmed, we’ll proceed with shipping your order.
8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send us photos of the damage, and we will quickly arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.
9. Will the new U.S. tax policy affect my order?
Yes, under the current U.S. tax regulations, sales tax may apply in certain states. Etsy automatically calculates any applicable sales tax at checkout. In addition, depending on your country/state regulations and customs procedures, an import tax or additional customs fee may apply. If any extra import charges occur, they are determined by customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. Once your payment is completed, your order will be shipped to you.
10. Will there be any additional EU taxes or import duties?
Yes, under the new EU regulations, goods imported into the EU with a value up to €150 may still be subject to VAT. Etsy may calculate and apply this automatically at checkout.
