We absolutely understand that you can't wait until you get your filzies and can finally start the day with long dreads. However, please keep in mind that it does not go faster if you jostle and ask again and again how far we have already come. We have a long order list and process the orders in order of incoming payments and can not make exceptions at the expense of other customers and simply prefer you. If you have an urgent deadline until when you need the dreads then please clarify this with us BEFORE ordering and do not just assume that it will work just because you ask us for it - it will not always be possible, even if we do our best!

Wir verstehen absolut dass ihr es nicht abwarten könnt bis ihr eure Filzies bekommt und endlich mit langen Dreads in den Tag starten könnt. Bedenkt jedoch bitte dass es nicht schneller geht wenn ihr drängelt und immer wieder nachfragt wie weit wir schon sind. Wir haben eine lange Auftragsliste und bearbeiten die Bestellungen in Reihenfolge der Zahlungseingänge und können dort auch nicht auf Kosten anderer Kunden Ausnahmen machen und euch einfach vorziehen. Wenn ihr eine dringende Deadline habt bis wann ihr die Dreads benötigt dann klärt das mit uns bitte VOR der Bestellung und geht nicht einfach davon aus dass es schon klappen wird nur weil ihr uns darum bittet - es wird nicht immer möglich sein, auch wenn wir natürlich unser bestes tun!

Think about whether it is not worthwhile to choose the insured shipping for a few euros more. In our eyes, this is ALWAYS the better choice and it can save both of us a lot of trouble. Especially with orders with greater value, it is incredibly disappointing when the case occurs and something actually does not arrive. This can happen to anyone - even if you think "everything always arrives at me". Please keep in mind that in the worst case we can NOT be liable for uninsured shipping. We can neither refund you the money nor send you an equivalent replacement, because the production of our dreads is associated with a lot of work and material costs and we can not verify your statement.

Überlegt euch ob es sich nicht lohnt für ein paar Euro mehr den versicherten Versand zu wählen. In unseren Augen ist das IMMER die bessere Wahl und es kann uns beiden viel Ärger ersparen. Gerade bei Bestellungen mit größerem Wert ist es unglaublich enttäuschend wenn der Fall der Fälle eintritt und tatsächlich etwas nicht ankommt. Das kann jedem passieren - auch wenn ihr meint "bei mir kommt immer alles an". Bitte bedenkt dass wir im Schlimmstfall bei unversichertem Versand NICHT haften können. Wir können euch weder das Geld zurückerstatten noch euch einen gleichwertigen Ersatz schicken, da die Herstellung unserer Dreads mit sehr viel Arbeit und Materialkosten verbunden ist und wir eure Aussage ja auch nicht überprüfen können.
