About My Story

Hello, Greetings,
I'm Emin.
In the workshop where my father has been producing furniture since 1976, I have been producing children's furniture for the last 8 years. I produce healthy products for baby and child health. Wooden children's table, wooden children's chair, children's stool and many more. It is not important to produce or sell products alone in my workshop located in Istanbul / Turkey. The most important thing is to touch people's hearts and souls. For this reason, when designing wooden products, I think and design ergonomic, healthy and hygienic products that will contribute to child development. While designing all products, I develop them in accordance with the "Montessori" method, which is the method of development of children's skills. In the light of special requests from you, different ideas are formed in my head. I want to provide good and quality service to all citizens of the world without slowing down and bring the "Elibeti" brand to good places. Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import taxes that can be applied. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please check return shipping costs and if there will be import tax before returning the item. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Customs and VAT payments

There is no custom tax for orders to US. (Unless it exceeds $800)
For some countries (for example but not limited to the UK, Canada, and Switzerland) custom, import tax, or VAT can be applied upon recieved. We are not responsible for that and the customer must cover all costs for that.
If the customer declines to receive the item that is shipped out then the customer must cover return shipping costs. If return shipping and import tax are higher than purchase value then the item is destroyed in the shipping company warehouse so there is no refund made to the customer (as both item and shipping costs are our expenses).

What should I do it item is damaged?

We use the best delivery service. Sometimes products can be damaged. If so, please contact me within 24 hours after the item is delivered. After the box is opened, please take photos of all damaged details and send the details of them to me.

Shipping time

Shipping times indicated in our shop policies and listings are indicative, there can be delays from the shipping company side due to their overload, weather conditions, as a result of the pandemic, and due to Christmas overload in the time period from the October-January. We do not offer cancellations or refunds due to such delays as we have no impact on it.
