Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All acrylic and paper template orders are final since they are cut/made to order. If there is a damage to your order, please contact us so that we can resolve it with you!
Shipping
Please be advised that once orders show as delivered according the the tracking number on your package, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. Unless a package is reported as lost, returned or undeliverable by the post office or other delivery company, we cannot offer replacement orders or refunds since we have no control of the delivery. Our acrylic and paper template sales are final since they are cut to order and digital files cannot be refunded since they are available for immediate download once your payment is processed. Thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions prior to placing an order, we will try and get back to you as soon as possible!

There is no refund available for pdf downloads. Once you have purchased a pdf download the sale is final.
