Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
***Exchanges can also be given on damaged or lost items as long as the item is of equal value. If you choose to exchange an item, the damaged item must be returned at your cost. The damaged item must be received prior to shipment of the new item.
****If you are unhappy with an item for any other reason, please contact me within 10 days and I will do my best to work with you and come to a happy resolution. I will not be responsible for anything after the 10 days have lapsed.
