I love Couroc. Beautiful and colorful inlay against their famous black resin. Stunning. I never can say no when I find pieces like this.
Nothing better than an old-fashioned fire truck parade right outside of your home.

Frequently asked questions
What if my item arrives damaged due to shipping via Priority Mail?

All of my items are very carefully packed for shipment so they arrive safely.
Rarely, due to handling by USPS, items can arrive broken/damaged.

If this happens:

1. Please contact me within 1 - 2 days from the time you received the item.
2. I will need a detailed description of the damage, photos of the damaged item and photos of the packing material and box. These photos are necessary to submit a claim to USPS.
3. Please be sure to keep the damaged item and all packaging materials until the refund has been approved.
USPS will sometimes request to see the packaging in person at your post office to approve an insurance claim. This is a rare scenario.
4. I cannot issue a refund until I receive the required information described above.

ElizaBella Vintage ships items within 1 to 2 business days.

If your package has been shown being delivered by USPS via tracking and you, or the recipient, did not receive it, I cannot issue a refund. You will need to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement, depending on the issue of your package not being delivered.
