I love Couroc. Beautiful and colorful inlay against their famous black resin. Stunning. I never can say no when I find pieces like this.

Researching Antiques and Vintage and Other Information

Every item in my shop has been carefully researched.
Researching antique and vintage items is one of my passions.
I love learning about each piece I come across and the different eras and movements that were taking place when the item was made.

I carefully notate and photograph any wear that is visible for your reference.
Feel free to contact me for more information or photographs of the particular item you are interested in.
I want you to be 100% confident with the purchase of your item.

Sterling/silver plate/brass/bronze items are polished and cleaned, unless it will damage the patina, finish or structure of the piece.
From trial and error, I have learned it is sometimes best for the piece to be left in its original state. And sometimes the original patina is too beautiful to be removed.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and I strive to make each sale a special one. If you have any problems with your item, please let me know immediately.

❧WHO am I?
I studied Art History and have BFA in Musical Theatre/Drama from the University of Michigan.
From 1990 to 2003, I was a successful actor and performed on Broadway/Off-Broadway/National Commercials/TV/Film/Voice Overs for MTV, VH1, and other media companies.
My husband and I now reside in the Rochester/Finger Lakes region in Western New York with our two daughters and our rescued furry family members.

Frequently asked questions
What if my item arrives damaged due to shipping?

All of my items are very carefully packed for shipment so they arrive safely.
Rarely, due to handling by USPS, items can arrive broken/damaged, even though I use bright orange FRAGILE labels.
If this happens, please contact me within 1 - 2 days from the time you received the item.
I will need a detailed description of the damage and photographs showing the damage. Please be sure to keep all packaging as USPS will sometimes request to see the packaging in order to process an insurance claim. I know it's a pain, but I cannot issue a refund until have photos showing the damage to the item.

I am so glad that I am able to offer to ship to other countries.

1. Be sure that your mailing address is correct. United State Postal Service (USPS) cannot confirm/verify international addresses.

2. International customers are responsible for all VAT, Customs, Taxes and Processing Fees that may apply.
These fees/taxes are not calculated into Etsy's shipping costs.

3. When your item is shipped, I cannot be held accountable for delays due to customs or bear responsibility once the item has shipped.

Shipping Information

ElizaBella Vintage ships items within 1 to 2 business days.

All items are weighed in the shipping box/mailer with appropriate packaging before I list them in my shop, so I have the exact cost of shipping.

If you are interested in purchasing more than one item, please contact me for the exact shipping cost, or you can purchase the items and once I have the items ready for shipment, I will refund any shipping overages.

If a package has been sent with tracking and shows it has been delivered and you, or the recipient, did not receive it, I cannot issue a refund. You will need to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement, depending on the issue of your package not being delivered.
