Frequently asked questions
How and when can I download my digital files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
Are digital downloads available in other sizes?
Etsy limits the size of the file that I can upload. If you would like another size, please purchase the existing listing and then message me with your size request. I will transfer the file to you using WeTransfer within 24 hours. *Please note that larger sizes will most likely have a lower resolution.
Where can I print my digital downloads?
Here are a few places where you can have your digital download printed:
Walgreens
FedEx
Kinkos
Staples
UPS Store
Online:
SnapFish
Shutterfly
You can also have them printed at a local print shop.
I recommend having them printed on thick paper with a matte or satin finish.
