I really would love to earn your positive feedback and return business, too! I'm open to suggestions and custom orders. Please feel free to message me with thoughts and ideas on things up for sale or things already sold.

(All of these policies were put together with help from http://www.etsy.com/shop/readingfangirl who is an Etsy mentor to me. She knows her stuff and is wonderfully fair with her customers, so I tried to take a page from her book and make my policies like hers.)

Accepted payment methods

I only use PayPal because it's free to you, and easy for me. Great for everyone all around!

I don't send items until I receive notification of payment.
I don't guarantee arrival dates because I can not guarantee what the post office will do (or not do). They are a separate entity. Priority mail USUALLY ships between two and three business days domestically. No refunds will be issued because a package does not arrive "on time." Again, I can not guarantee arrival dates.

All packages are shipped either on the date I RECEIVE PAYMENT or on the next business day. For instance, if an item is purchased Friday evening after 5pm CST, the package will be shipped on Monday. If Monday is a Federal holiday, then the next business day would be Tuesday. Saturday is not considered a business day, but I may ship on Saturday if you ask me specifically to do so. Also, paying by e-check through Paypal usually results in delayed shipping because the e-check takes 3-5 days to clear my account. Again, I ship when I receive payment.

If an item is lost in the mail, I'll attempt to send it ONCE more free of charge. All other attempts are paid for by the customer as it has typically been an incorrect shipping address (see below).

PLEASE make sure the shipping address is correct before purchasing. If a customer provides incorrect shipping information, the customer pays for ALL shipping attempts. I will send the item again once I receive confirmation that the customer has paid the shipping. If the customer refuses to pay, then a full refund of the purchase price will be granted and no item will be sent.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you don't like your item, send it back to me for a full refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item.

Items can be damaged during shipping, even though I try to package them for a rough ride. Also, jewelry is meant to be worn, and sometimes jump rings come apart or a charm breaks. If an item breaks, please message me. I'd like to attempt to fix or replace the item before a refund is issued.

However, I ask that customers pay for return shipping on repaired items. I'll resend the item once I receive notification that return shipping has been paid.

Message me with any concerns you have about broken items.
