Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
- If you are unhappy with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned.
- All items have a six month warranty from the date of purchase. Any faulty item(s) may be returned within this time by prior arrangement for replacement or repair.
- Your return postage costs for the faulty item(s) may be refunded to you at my discretion.
- If it is discovered that the fault has occurred as a result of misuse or mistreatment I reserve the right to return the item as received without refunding any postage costs.
- Orders will only be sent once the payment has been received and cleared.
- In the unlikely event an item is sold to another customer before your order is confirmed either a full refund will be given for the individual item or you may chose an alternative item of the same value.
- All orders will be sent within 24 hours of the payment clearing.
- Purchases outside the UK are all sent Economic International Package Delivery via Royal Mail.
