Returns and exchanges
Refunds are accepted for items that have defects or incorrect measurements *all handmade items may differ up to .25" in measurements. On defective garments the buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item in an unworn/unwashed condition. Exchanges can be made at the buyer's shipping expense if due to sizing. Exchanges need to be received before a replacement product will be shipped out - no exceptions. No refunds can be accepted because the buyer does not like the color, changed their minds, did not read the measurements for the garment. If you have received a garment and would like to exchange, you can for a same priced item or receive store credit. If you do find a problem, please contact us. Our policy is not stringent and will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
We accept direct checkout through Etsy and Etsy gift cards at this time. If you have requested and paid for a custom order you have three days to cancel that order from the time of payment.
The cost of shipping for each items will now include insurance. Every package is shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking information for buyers/seller protection. If your shipping cost exceeds 5.35USD, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you need a purchase on a tight deadline, you can pay a small fee to upgrade your package (RUSH). This would bump your purchase to the front of our production queue. We will ship internationally, please contact for a quote based on your location. Once your package is shipped and scanned, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. We are happy to help you file a USPS claim for the amount of a lost/damaged package. Please keep in mind that we do not hold stock or interest in USPS. We cannot control the weather or if USPS is late delivering your package. We will not refund any portion of your purchase if USPS substantially delays your shipment. It is always recommended that you double check the shipping address before making an online purchase to insure accuracy.
