Etsy Gift Cards
I ship to the PAYPAL address only. This allows both the buyer (you) and the seller (me) to be protected through PayPal's policies.
For Etsy Direct Checkout customers, I will ship to the address that you entered when you completed the order.
Items will be shipped within 5 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received and cleared. I will combine shipping on items. Read product descriptions for more information. I try to ship items within 1 day, but I am doing all of this on my own, so when I have lots of orders, it can take up to 5 business days. Thanks for understanding!
I will ship only Monday through Friday. If I have a spare moment on Saturdays, I will ship then too--but that is not a guarantee.
I do ship internationally. I ship First Class International worldwide. Please be aware that this service can take anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks to arrive, depending upon customs and other factors. If you would like your items shipped more quickly, you can contact me about Global Express or Priority International for an additional cost.
Also, please be aware that I WILL NOT mark an item as a "gift" on customs forms. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged when your package enters your country. No exceptions.
I use recycled mailers for shipping out your packages, whenever possible. If the mailer looks a little "used" this is why. I don't want to throw something out that still has some life left in it. Thanks!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be assured that I take great care with my pieces. I check and double-check to make sure each detail is up to my high standards. Know that you are receiving a quality, one of a kind piece when you purchase from me!
I will accept returns, within 14 days after the item was sold. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Items must be returned in their original condition! No exceptions. Items, especially earrings should not have been worn before they are returned.
I WILL CHARGE A 10% FEE ON ALL RETURNED EARRINGS SO THAT I CAN REPLACE EAR WIRES, DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.
You must notify me within 3 business days after receiving the item that you want to return it. Items must be sent back to me within the 14 day period. Items must be sent back with a tracking number so that you, and I know that it has been received/sent.
Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. I will refund the sale amount as soon as I receive your item in its original condition.
Though I do not anticipate any problems with my items, things do happen, especially with delicate jewelry. If your jewelry piece breaks, or becomes loose, I am happy to repair it for you. Contact me and we will work out an agreement, depending upon the circumstances. Buyer will be responsible for shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs
I will do a reserved listing for you--just ask! I can only reserve an item for you for 7 days. If you have decided not to purchase the reserved item, that is fine--BUT please let me know so that I can release it for other customers! Thank you!
I will do custom orders! If you see anything in my store that you would like customized, just convo me and we'll get started! Also, if you see something in my "sold" items that you like, contact me and I can probably make another item like it, or at least something similar! Thanks :)
