Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
► Please inform the shop within 3 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
► You (customer) are responsible for the shipping cost of any return item.
► Your full refund is the price of the product you purchased. We don't refund the shipping fee.
► We will ship the exchanged or repaired item back FREE of charge.
► Repairing: You must contact the shop within 3 days of delivery for us to repair any damages free of charge.
► Length Adjustment: Please be clear about the length of the necklace that you want. We charge $10 fee for length changes if you contact the shop AFTER the product is delivered. This covers material and processing fee.
► Tarnishing: Even fine jewelry tarnishes over time. The best tip we can offer for your jewelry to last, is to avoid contact with water and store in a dark, air tight container. We will not replace an item because you feel that they have tarnished after month(s) of wearing.
► Direct credit card payment through etsy
► Paypal.
We'd love to hear from you, but please read the following information before contacting us. We handle a lot of orders and emails on any given day, and there are certain things that can be resolved by reading our policies thoroughly without having to contact the shop.

► Order Processing Time: 2-5 business days BEFORE shipping. Please check your invoice for the estimated shipping date that etsy has calculated based on our shipping policy.

► US Shipping: 1-5 days AFTER shipping. Portland customers: we do not offer pick up or personal delivery.

► All US shipment comes with a tracking number. Please USE the tracking number for updates before contacting the shop.

► It typically takes up to 24 hours before the tracking system kicks in. Please be patient. It always works in time. Thanks so much!

► INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING will receive a tracking number that tracks only up to it leaves the U.S. After that point, we do not have the information on the whereabouts of your shipment.

► INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME: can take anywhere from 10-30 days. Please be patient and give at least up to 30 days. They usually show up within 30 days.

► CUSTOMS INFORMATION for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Some countries (NOT ALL) have custom fees or taxes that may apply to your shipment once it reaches the destination. These fees are determined by the country and the country's postal service, not by StudioGoods. Customers can inquire with their local postal service PRIOR TO PURCHASING if and how customs fees will apply. Customers are responsible for customs fees if they do apply to your shipment. StudioGoods WILL NOT take returns that results from unforeseen custom fees that customers don't want to pay.
