I wish I would have read reviews for this seller before placing an order. Lots of buyers seem to have similar issue. I paid for an item which never came, contacted the shop serval times only to be ignored. I had to open a dispute through Etsy before the shop acknowledged my problem. The shop then said they would refund me and send me the product anyway as an apology. I was refunded but the product never came. I was waiting to write this review to see if they would follow through with their promise and because they haven't, I think others should be warned.

Do not ignore the unfavorable reviews... If you can wait an indefinite amount of time to receive your order than you'll be fine -otherwise, you might consider ordering from a different shop. I really hate to leave a negative review but I am so disappointed. I messaged the seller a total of 5 times with no response. I did receive a refund after opening a case with Etsy. Under the case, seller said that she would still send the necklace. That would have been a nice gesture but she never came through. Lack of communication and not delivering on promises is no way to do business. Buyer beware.

Payment
Kindly remit your payment immediately upon checkout. If you need help with the checkout process (Checking out Guide:
http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php ) or if you require additional time to pay (next payday etc), please convo me on Etsy to let me know, and I will be happy to work with you. Otherwise, any unpaid items will be canceled after 3 days.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days First Class via United States Postal Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. For domestic orders, the delivery confirmation number provided will allow you to track the progress of your package through USPS until delivery. International order emails will include a customs declaration number as proof of shipment. Customs processing times and duties vary by country. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT!


If you need your item right away and would like your items shipped via Priority Mail instead, please send me a message to let me know and I will adjust the shipping fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try my best to depict all items in photos and describe in the description to the best of my ability. Unfortunately, I do not give refunds but if you are unhappy with an item upon receiving it, please inform me within 3 days and I will gladly offer a store credit or an exchange after you have shipped the item back. Shipping for exchange will be charged accordingly.
If you have any discrepancy or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first in order to resolve the issue rather than leaving a negative feedback. I will try my very best resolve any problems that may arise. All exchanges are handled on an individual basis.
If an item is damaged due to its quality or workmanship, I will replace it as long as I am notified of the flaw within 3 days of the time it was received.
I do not offer a refund if the item was lost or misplaced due to the postal service, that is out of my control but I will however, work with you to resolve the issue and see if we can come up with an option that is suitable for both of us.
Please be aware of photos, especially those showing the scale of an item and inquire about materials, sizes and colors before purchasing. Since most items are made to order and/or custom made, I cannot refund based on a customer changing their mind about the item once it has been received, particularly for custom pieces.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to make multiples of any pieces you see which are perfect for wedding parties. Unfortunately, I can not do this for vintage one-of-a-kind pieces. Please message me if you need this request.
