Very happy to have you here!
Please know that I am a momma and wife first, and my family has to come before my boutique (as much as I love this business and my fantastic customers!). I do this part time usually during naps and early in the morning/late at night.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or gets lost I will refund up to ONE TIME. If your item gets lost in the mail multiple times, we will discuss a fair outcome.
My pictures are a very clear representation of what you will be recieving.
No refunds for custom orders. It just isn't fair.

IF YOU FORGET TO TELL ME WHEN YOUR WEDDING IS AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER, ELLARYE BOUTIQUE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR GARTERS DO NOT ARRIVE IN TIME! WHY? BECAUSE ITS JUST NOT FAIR. IF I DONT KNOW WHEN YOU NEED THEM, HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THEY WILL BE THERE??

Payment
If no payment is recieved after 24 hours the order will be canceled.
Shipping
Due to the recent increase in sales, the current ship time is ROUGHLY 21-30 days after you order.
If you need something rushed, just let me know in the comments to the seller and I will do my best rush your item.
If you would like insurance on your order, convo me and I will create a custom listing including the insurance cost.
I bubble wrap when I see necessary for safety.
I ship through USPS.
Currently my items are listed to ship to USA and Canada.
If you are NOT from Canada or USA and have interest in an item in my shop, please convo me and I will create a custom listing for you with your shipping needs and particular country.
