Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to ship my items?

Mugs and Tumblers are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing time for T-Shirts is usually 3-5 days. Mousepads are usually shipped within 1-3 days. Larger quantities may take longer, and processing times for all may be extended during busy holiday times.

What happens if I spell the name wrong?

There are no refunds if customer misspells the name. Please make sure to triple check the spelling prior to ordering.

What sizes are the mugs and tumblers?

Mugs are 11 oz and 15 oz. Please choose size when ordering. Tumblers come in one size only - 20 oz SKINNY tumblers.

What are the care instructions?

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe

What if I have an address change?

If you submitted an order and it has not shipped, you can send me a message. I will edit the shipping label to ensure your order is shipped to the correct location. If the item has shipped, you will have to contact USPS with the tracking number provided to see if they can assist you.

Can I return a purchase for a refund?

There are no returns or refunds on items except for mistakes I have made in the name, or an error I have made with the size of a mug. There are no refunds/returns if the customer has made the error, so please triple check the spelling before placing the order. Items damaged during delivery will be replaced. All other items are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with the order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item so that we can work together to resolve the problem.

What if the package is returned due to a wrong address?

If an item is returned to me for an incorrect or incomplete address upon placing the order, there will be an additional charge to reship - even if the shipping was originally free. Please triple check the shipping address prior to placing the order. I will attempt to contact you by both email and convo through Etsy. If I don't hear from you within 30 days, the item will be discarded.

What are your Holiday shipping times?

During busy holiday times (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) there will be extended processing times so please ORDER early. My cut-off date will be stated in the Shop Announcements. For Christmas, it is usually several weeks before, so once again, ORDER EARLY!

Do you accept cancellations?

Please email or convo me within 12 hours of placing the order if for some reason you need to cancel. I do not accept cancellations after 12 hours. Cancellations will not be accepted due to not understanding the processing time. Please read all processing/shipping times before placing the order.

Why can't I add personalization to my order?

If placing an order through the Etsy Phone App, please make sure you are using the most recent (updated) Etsy App. If you are using an older version, you may not be able to add personalization to your order. If you are unable to update the App, please add a note during checkout with the personalization.
