Payment
I prefer to be paid with Paypal and I require payment immediately. If you send a money order I require that you notify me ASAP of the expected date that I should receive it. Shipment will occur within 3 days of receipt of payment.
Shipping
In the USA, all of my shipping over 1 lb goes through Fed Ex Ground (insured and tracked) and all others go through USPS. Outside of USA I use only First class. If you prefer another method, please contact me and we can work out something. I will only ship to your paypal address. So please confirm it is correct. I will not be responsible for shipping to the incorrect address.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the item is shipped you will receive, via email, tracking information for your package except international shipping which doesn't provide tracking. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES MY HANDS, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Refunds and Exchanges
Before my products leave me, each one is examined closely for any defects. That said....if you find a defect, PLEASE contact me ASAP(within 7 days of your receipt of the product) so that we can decide how to resolve it. I want you to be thrilled with my products so that you will buy more :) and also refer your friends and family to me. Otherwise, all other sales are final - NO RETURNS. If you aren't sure about one of my fabrics, please contact me for a sample. Most likely I can send you a sample.
