My mom and I have been in the jewelry industry for more than 15 years. We owned a business, but business started declining so we had to say our farewells. My mom was too young to retire, but was too old to start her career life over. Me, on the other hand, became a stay at home mom. Both our lives came to a halt and it felt like a dead end, but after watching my son get bigger it felt like he was the one who broke that wall down for us to continue our journey.

Ellie K & Co. was created because we both wanted to pursue our dream and we couldn't leave our jewelry passion behind. It has been a tough road to get to where we are now, but we promise to create each delicate piece with a lot of joy and laughter!

Care instructions

Jewelry Care Instructions:

To preserve the longevity of your jewelry, follow these simple tips:

- Always take your jewelry/accessory off before shower, sleep & exercise.

- Keep the jewelry/accessory away from water & humidity in general. Store them in a dry place such as a box or zip-lock bag.

- Avoid spraying perfumes or applying cosmetics on the skin in contact with the jewelry/accessory.

Return and Exchange Detail

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date of delivery (as shown on tracking.)

// Due to hygienic reasons, earrings, or any piercings cannot be returned. //

Returned items must be in unworn condition and sent in their original packaging so as to avoid damages during transit.

// We will not be accepting exchanges or returns only on items that were on sale as a DISCONTINUED item. //

Failed Deliveries

If you provided an incomplete or incorrect address, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from it, and we cannot make any corrections once the package has shipped.

The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been safely returned to us, and re-shipping costs will incur. Please note that international "Returns to sender" can be excessively slow (up to 3 months) so it is highly preferable to avoid them.

Delivery Issues

Our packages are no-sign required deliveries (except with orders over $150.) The package will be delivered in your mailbox, in person, or at your reception desk/building manager.

What to do in case of a non-delivery and lack of tracking info:

- If the latest tracking update places the package in your area, please visit or call your post office and make necessary inquiries prior to contacting us, as we cannot contact your local post from here.

-In the case of a package undelivered after the maximum delivery time frame for your country has passed, please contact us so we can investigate and provide information.

Delivered but no package?

In the case of tracking showing packages as "Delivered," we cannot cover refund or replacement, as tracking serves as a proof of delivery and we cannot investigate or be held responsible for after-delivery theft.
If you have experienced delivery issues in the past, we recommend requesting shipping insurance when ordering online, and filing a mail theft report to your local postal inspector (information can be found online.)
