Ellie personalized bar stools for my outside bar. She designed them and painted them. I told her I wanted to have a champagne glass, beer mug, Martini, etc theme for the stools They came out amazing!!! They were delivered to me before my party deadline. She did a great job. I can't wait to use them this summer. I am so happy that I found Ellie. Thank you again for doing a great job!!!!

I take special care in painting all orders. A huge amount of time and love goes into each piece.
PLEASE READ MY POLICIES ON CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, PAYMENT OPTIONS AND DELIVERY/SHIPPING BELOW.

PLEASE BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER:
Because of the time spent and the nature of my work, I do not issue refunds.

You have ordered a custom piece that begins to sprout as soon as you have placed your order. If you need to cancel, you may do so within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund. After 48 hours and in no more than 5 days, I will issue a refund of 50% plus the shipping cost. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment is expected before I begin each piece.
I do offer a down payment option. You put half down at the time of purchase (SEE POLICIES ON CANCELLATIONS) and pay the rest plus cost of shipping at the time of completion.
Send a message and I will happily set up a listing for you to make your first payment.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped FEDEX. You will receive a tracking number via Etsy email so that you will know when to expect your item/s.
(IF YOU PREFER ANOTHER SHIPPING COMPANY, PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. THERE MAY BE SOME CHANGES IN COST OF SHIPPING).
YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE. THIS IS OUR INSURANCE. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. THE DELIVERY DRIVER MAY CALL YOU UPON OR BEFORE DELIVERY. PLEASE ASK IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS.
If there are problems when you receive your order, please contact me immediately. It is FEDEX's policy to have the receiver retain all packaging materials. If your item arrives damaged, all packing materials including the box it arrived in must be saved for inspection. A FEDEX agent MAY want to pick up the item and it's packaging.
I will need pictures of your damaged piece, plus pictures of the box, the label on the box and its contents to file a claim.
When a piece arrives damaged, unless I find some reason that doesn't justify that I do so , I will paint a replacement. This new piece will be placed at the end of my queue. I will let you know how long it will take for a replacement to arrive.
Name signs and other small items may be shipped USPS. If a problem with shipping arises and your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Your item will be replaced.
