Please note that work on designs will not begin until I have received notification that payment has been made and gone through. I also need to received all correct information to complete your order.

At the time of purchase, provide all customization information in the notes to seller box when checking out. If I do not receive the information needed to customize designs, it will cause a delay in turn around time.

If you have a coupon code to use in the Ellison Reed shop, code must be used at time of purchase, no exceptions. Coupon code can not be used for previous orders.

My working days are MONDAY - FRIDAY.
All orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day. (Business days are MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Ellison Reed will be closed on November 23rd - 25th for Thanksgiving holiday. December 23rd - 26th for the Christmas Holiday. December 31st - January 2nd for the New Year Holiday. Thank you for your understanding.

I do my best to respond to all emails and Etsy messages within 24 hrs Monday - Friday. There can be a longer response time on weekends and holidays due to those days being my off days. If you send a message over the weekend I will get back to you as soon as possible but many times it will be the next business day.

When a printable design is purchased a print ready file will be created and sent to the customer for approval. If you have any changes once the design is emailed to you, just let me know and I am happy to update the file for you. If everything is how you would like it, then you are ready to print!

All PDF files are password protected and CANNOT be edited or opened using design programs. This means you can not alter or edit any of Ellison Reed's files. Files are only editable by Ellison Reed.

All photos submitted to Ellison Reed need to be photos taken by yourself or you have permission from the photographer to use the photo(s). Please make sure there are no copyright infringement on the photos submitted.

By submitting photos to Ellison Reed you agree that the photos being used were taken by you or the photographer has give you permission to use. You also agree to take full responsibility of any misuse of copyright images and agree to not hold Ellison Reed liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.




Please submit photos in JPG format. All photos need to be 300dpi or larger so that images come out clear and crisp when printed.
