Ello Lovey was established in the summer of 2011 as a longtime dream as a lifetime doodler. I have been drawing on just about everything I can get my hands on and making handmade cards for my friends and family since I was little.

I have turned my passion for handcrafting into my own line of whimsically illustrated goods partly inspired by my lovely English grandmother. She always inspired me with her spirit for making things by hand. I hope to carry on her legacy with the things I create. After moving to the lovely mountain town of Asheville, NC, I've been so inspired by nature and animals and it has greatly influenced my recent work.

I love to constantly create. It's in the fiber of my being. I make my prints and cards because I want to make people smile. I want to be able to lift someone's spirits with a whimsical illustration or inspirational quote. Most of the quotes I make into prints are rooted from an experience I've learned from or something I need to remind myself of. I want to share those lessons and reminders with everyone because I feel like we all need a little motivation, a little pick me up to get through our days.

I feel so fortunate to have my own home studio where I can get inspired, draw and craft all day long. I make every print, card and piece of jewelry from my home studio and package it all with handmade love.
