Thank you for visiting Ellwood Designs. We are happy to finally be on the web. For over 25 years, Ellis Barrier has been creating and selling antique barbed wire plaques throughout Texas and Oklahoma. We are now able to share his work with a wider audience. We hope that you take a look around and like what you see.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Please note: Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of shipping date. All returned items must remain in new condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer and the customer will pay all shipping costs to return the product to Ellwood Designs. If a customer chooses to cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering, cancellation will be available at our discretion. After 24 hours, cancellation is not an option. Customer acknowledges that each item purchased from Elwood Designs is one-of-a-kind and unique. Design and spacing on each project is done at the discretion of the artist. If you have questions regarding our products, designs or materials, please call or email us before ordering. Prior to initiating any return or cancellation, please call Ellwood Designs at 903-433-4305. If Ellwood Designs is charged to have an item returned without our previous agreement, the customer is responsible for the return charges.

Payment for your item can be made through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or money order. If using Paypal please pay within 24 hours of your purchase and within 5 days if using check or money order. All Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
All items ship via UPS or occasionally USPS within 10 business days of receipt and confirmation of the order. Please carefully place your order, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays. The customer assumes responsibility for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information. All damage or shortages must be reported within seven days else order is considered complete.

Although all items are well-packaged, we have no control over the handling of the package after it leaves our facility. Occasionally items may be damaged in shipping. If damage occurs please email us or call us at 903-433-4305 as soon as possible. We will fix or replace the product, whichever we determine is best, as quickly as we can. We will ship the replacement item to you via UPS ground shipping.

All orders shipped outside the United States may have customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with them. The customer assumes responsibility for these charges. We do what we can to minimize these types of fees (including shipping packages via USPS if possible) but we do not control the charges associated with transporting packages into other countries.

Additional policies and FAQs
When will my order ship?
We will ship your order as soon as it is finished, often within a few days. All orders ship within ten working days (M-F excluding national holidays). If you would like to receive an order by a specific date please convo us and we will do what we can to expedite your order and get it to you on time.

What if I want a custom plaque but I don't see the item I want in your shop?
We are able to make custom plaques to your specifications and are happy to do so. Please email us or call us at 903-433-4305. We can discuss size, materials, style, and price over the phone and then we can make you a custom plaque that you can purchase through this site.

Can I see a preview of what my sign will look like before you ship it?
Yes you can. Once you have placed your order you can email us to request a preview of your order. We will send a photo to you before your item is shipped.

Do you offer your products wholesale?
Yes we do. If you have a tax id number and a storefront we are able to offer you access to our wholesale program. Email us with your name, store name, and store address and we will send you some information. You can also call us at 903-433-4305 to discuss your options.
