After you approve of your proof, you will receive your final copy within one business day. If you request any changes to your proof, please allow one business day for me to send you and updated proof to review.

Yes. I do my best to fulfill rush orders, but there are times that I may not be able to. Please let me know if you need a your order sooner than the listed turnaround time. There is a $5 fee for all rush orders.

Yes, most of the time. There is a $5 fee to customize the size of a design. Just let me know the dimensions that you want, and I will let you know if it can be done.

Because of the nature of digital products, I do not accept refunds except under special circumstances. If you are unhappy with your product, please let me know ASAP and I will work to fix it.

I accept cancellations up until the time that I deliver your digital proof (for invitations) or final product. After I have sent your invitation proof or printable file to your email, no cancellations will be accepted. If you approved of your proof and then realize upon receiving your product that there is an error, please let me know ASAP and I will correct it. However, there will be a $5 fee (unless the error was on my part).
