There are no refunds or exchanges after design on your purchase has started. If you contact me before design and revisions have started I can refund your money (with a $2 processing fee)

Payments are accepted via paypal. I will begin working on your order once payment has been cleared.

For custom designs, please contact me for pricing. A deposit of $100 will be required to start the design process. The remainder will be paid in full after project is completed, but before the delivery of final product.

There is no shipping fee for all digital files.

For printed items, shipping will depend on quantity and location. Feel free to email me with questions about this and I can give you an estimate depending on your needs.

You will receive a digital low res proof within four days (weekdays) upon receiving payment.

If you place your order and payment after 6pm, you will receive your proofs within four days of the next business day.

If you need a rush order, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

All Wedding Invitation files will be sent in a pdf form with crop marks, unless otherwise requested.

All 5x7 announcements and photo cards will be sent as a high resolution jpg, unless otherwise requested

Elsie J designs are permitted for personal use only. You may not alter the finalized design or use elements of the design.

Designs may not be used for commercial reasons, re-purposed or resold.

Please keep in mind that with digital files I cannot guarantee color. Every monitor is color calibrated differently, as is every printer, so color may vary slightly. Paper type will also effect color. For best results, if you are printing at a professional printer, you may use PMS colors. Let me know which colors you want and I will make sure the file is set up correctly.
