ELS (formerly known as Maylily) was stablished in Italy in early 2004 by the designer Evelyn La Starza.
Her aim was, and still is, to experiment multiple materials deriving from different places of origin and time, and forge her own artistic path so to underline individuality as a theme of beauty.

All items are 100% handmade, high quality guaranteed (genuine Swarovski crystals, semiprecious stones, most of our nickel free findings are made in Italy by local artisans)

- CUSTOMS and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.



- EXCHANGES and RETURNS:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges,just contact me within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


- CANCELLATIONS:

Unfortunately cancellations are not accepted. Please read carefully all Etsy shop policies BEFORE you buy.
Instant download/Gift Cards purchases cannot be cancelled.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom orders
- Intimate items as earrings and hair accessories (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect you must contact ELS within 24h of receipt.

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us.

Please send the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt. We will not refund items that have been sold more than 15 days before refund request.

Please email us BEFORE returning items stating the order number, which item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and are in PERFECT, BRAND NEW CONDITION.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Items that have been worn are no longer new and are NOT eligible for return.

- Items that SMELL (from smoke, perfumes, body odor, etc), or are UNCLEAN are NOT in new condition and are NOT eligible to be returned.

BEWARE - Items that are returned unclean or with odors will be refused.

Merchandise must be carefully packed. We will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping.


- Items must be returned in their original packaging EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED THEM. Items with missing tags, bags, or boxes will not be accepted back.

- Repackage your return in the EXACT packaging that you received it in - Including any plastic bags, plastic wrap, or boxes.

- Seal your package securely with tape. An empty box/envelope = no refund. Please get insurance and delivery tracking for your return package, ELS cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.

JEWELLERY CARE instructions:

In order to prevent tarnish and keep it shiny for a long time, it is important that you don't wear it while washing/bathing/showering, do not spray perfume on it, and avoid contact with soap/creams. Don't wear jewelry while sleeping.


*PLEASE NOTE that sweat, cream, perfume can cause gold/silver plating to tarnish.*

I strongly recommend to store your necklace/bracelet in its pouch when you're not wearing it.

Can I return earrings?

I cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears due to EU health regulations.
