Payment methods we accept: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. we ship in 3-5 business days of confirmed payment unless stated otherwise in a particular listing or we contact Buyer due to some specific reason that effects shipping.

Shipping
We ship USPS First Class unless Buyer convos and requests another shipping method; in this case we will do our best to accommodate special arrangements.

Shipping amounts in listings are approximate & intended to cover actual costs of getting product to you these include handling costs, cost of shipping supplies as well as postage.

Should actual shipping & handling cost be substantially less than stated at checkout; this sometimes occurs when purchasing multiple items at one time, you will receive a refund with your order.

Starting January 2013 if you are outside the continental United States or are an International buyer PLEASE convo for a shipping quote before purchasing. Include your COMPLETE Name and shipping address for an accurate Quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Being a small independent company and mother of two I cannot have return policies like multinational companies...sorry. Unless something you buy was totally not as described there are no refunds. All items are hand delivered to the Post Office in perfect condition. Any damage that occurs during shipping is an issue that needs to be taken up with the U.S. Postal Service.
