We are a small shop, and hand make everything to order with love! Our goal is to offer high quality custom made clothing that not only fits you perfectly, but also represents some of the magic you have inside. We are grateful to be well received on etsy and can't express enough gratitude to you all for checking out our site and supporting us :)
Everything is handmade by us, Ashli, Eva, Rita, Nathalia, Tatyana, Christine, Misty, and Krista, with all of the love and attention to detail that each piece deserves. And our shop manager Lindsey, does wonders directing the magic of Elven Forest.
Our current turn around time is 3-4 weeks, and if you need an order by a specific date, please message us to see if we can accommodate.
Also if you need some things in a hurry, we also have a number of items pre-made and ready to ship! Please message us with your sizing information and color preferences and we'll see what we have for you <3

This is our custom shop, where you can place orders for clothing to be made and tailored to your measurements. Custom orders usually take 3 to 4 weeks to complete and are made just for you (please allow up to 6-8 weeks during high volume times). If you need your item sooner than that, please message us before ordering, as we can usually accommodate rush orders.
If you are interested in already made items in stock, that we can ship out to you right away, please send us a message and we will let you know what sizes we have available.
We LOVE our international customers!
However, we ask that you familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies.
We are not responsible for custom duties & fees charged by your country.
Additionally, if you are overseas you may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package. Standard shipping does not include tracking beyond the US for international packages.

We've recently been told that our clothes are perfect to hoop in because the hoop grips just right to the material for easy maneuvering. Woo Hoo!!! :)

Shop policies
Everything is handmade by us, Ashli, Eva, Rita, Nathalia, Tatyana, Christine, Misty, and Krista, with all of the love and attention to detail that each piece deserves. And our shop manager Lindsey, does wonders directing the magic of Elven Forest.
Custom orders generally take about 3 to 4 weeks to compete and a few days to ship (shipping is longer if outside the USA) and are made to your unique measurements, if you give them to us. Turn around time can take up to 6 or 8 weeks in our busy season if we get a lot of orders. If you are concerned about turn around time, please message us so we can discuss our current timing.
If you give us all of your measurements and height, we will guarantee perfect fit of our clothing so make sure you give us all your measurements in the message to seller box upon checkout <3

Returns and exchange details
Anything that is our mistake we will fix, if something was made wrong in any way, just let us know and we will take it back and fix it for you, free of charge and we will pay your return shipping. We are committed to making your experience at Elven Forest positive. If you need an alteration, please make sure that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
If you have made a mistake in your measurements that you gave us when we made the order, or gave us an incorrect size without specific measurements, that is ok- we will tailor it for you at minimal cost, based on how long it takes to sew or remake it for you or exchange it for a 30% restocking fee.
All orders are custom made for you, to your measurements or your size, after you've ordered. Because of this we can not accept returns on these items. Please note that ALL pieces are custom made, even standard sizes. As a small business, it is difficult for us to absorb the cost of a garment made exactly to one persons measurements. We do not overcharge you in order to cover costs like these. If something is not perfect, we will happily alter it (instructions above).
That being said, if your item is from our "premade" section, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within two weeks from the date you received your order. It must be returned clean and unworn. If you are planning to return a premade item, please let us know within 5 days of receiving our package, and we will give you instructions. In order to buy a premade item you will need to write to us before buying and see if we have what you're looking for already made. Ordering a standard sized item does not mean it's from premade. In order to be from premade we will have to make you a custom listing.

We are now accepting Bitcoins as payment. If you want to pay with Bitcoins, please message us and we will send you an email invoice.

We custom make your garment to your measurements and/or size after you have placed your order. Please make sure you have given us all of the measurements and sizing information that is requested in the item description. This is the only way we can guarantee perfect fit.
Here is a run down of how to measure for each of the measurements we currently use:
Bust-around your bust at the widest point (not bra size, your bra size measurement is a very different thing and giving me that can lead to wrong fit)
Waist- smallest point arpund your waist
Upper Hip- around your torso at the top of your hip bone, usually about 2" below your bellybutton. This is where most of our pants and skirts sit at the waistband
Lower Hip- around your hips and rear at the widest point
Inseam- from crotch to floor, down the inside of your leg, while you are wearing the shoes you want to wear with this garment
Mid Thigh- around your thigh, about 4" above the top of your knee cap
Knee- around your leg, one inch above the top of your kneecap
Knee inseam- from the point one inch above your knee cap, to the floor, while you are wearing the shoes you want to wear with this garment, also please measure down the inside of your leg.
Shirt Length- from the edge of your shoulder bone (right where the top of your sleeve starts on normal shirts) to the point on your waist that you want your shirt to end
Sleeve Length- from the crease in your armpit to the point on your wrist or hand that you want the end of your sleeve
I try to keep the prices as low as possible for you guys, and they may fluctuate from time to time depending on the costs of fabrics and materials. Our prices reflect the care and time that we put into each garment as well as the materials that go into them. I personally hand pick every fabric to ensure quality, and try to source all fabrics from good sources.
Shipping
We use your PAYPAL or ETSY address for shipping (please make sure they are both the same) unless you let us know otherwise.
We can not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you are worried about this, let me know and we can add insurance to your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We print our shipping labels through etsy and the amount of your purchase is listed on the customs form. We have no control over this etsy policy. We can not be responsible for customs fees or VAT fees.
Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UK BUYERS! The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. You should be prepared for the possibility of paying VAT plus a Royal Mail fee upon receipt.

If your garment has a flaw or sewing mistake, we will make you another one for free, please let me know within 5 days of receiving your item.
It is very rare that something is not perfect, because our clothes are custom made for you,
