I put love into all my work so I hope you enjoy anything you receive. All items will be sent to you properly packaged in perfect condition. If however you find the goods to be faulty please notify us by convo or email of the problem within 7 days of receipt and then return the item to us and we will provide a replacement or a full refund as requested, this does not include shipping fees. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We are happy to exchange or credit for any items you are not satisfied with (less shipping paid) if you notify us by convo or email of your decision on receipt and the items are returned immediately and no longer than 7 days after receipt unused, in their original sealed packaging in perfect condition for resale. Please quote your original order number on the package. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note the returning customer is responsible for payment of return postage. Please also note that the occassional destash item will only be returnable if found to be faulty - in such instances this information will be clearly indicated in the item description.

Please note that I am unable to accept returns of specialist items made to order without prior agreement from myself.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped a refund for example will only be possible when the goods are returned - see below for further information.

All orders, wherever possible, will usually be dispatched within 1-7 working days from the day after receipt of order and cleared payment - usually 1 or 2 working days after receipt of payment. Please note we are unable to ship on Sundays, US public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes. Please note we can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the US Mail service or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control such as postal strikes or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower. Should an exceptional event occur we will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible. Please note that for overseas shipping we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit once packages have been passed to the Mail service as insurance is not available on standard shipping. However if there is a problem at any stage please do email or convo us and we will endeavor to rectify the problem to your satisfaction as soon as we possibly can. US orders will be sent standard business days, overseas orders standard airmail. We reserve the right to amend at our discretion this at any stage.

Please note that orders placed outside of the US may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.

Combined shipping - all items are listed to encompass combined shipping e.g. $15.00 for the first item and $0.50 Us or $1.00 overseas for each subsequent item purchased and paid for at the same time. It is not possible to combine further than that as large orders of lots of items will be shipped in most instances by priority/trackable methods which cost significantly more. If you wish to place a bulk order on a custom order listing shipping will be negotiable to that specific order. If in doubt or you have any questions please do ask for clarification etc.

Postal address - orders will be sent to the ship to address indicated on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address that you convo me to confirm the correct and full postal address. We can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses. Please note that your delivery ie PayPal address really should always be your Etsy address for security reasons - if it isn't please convo us.

Please note that the shipped date on orders indicates the date that the order was updated, which in most cases is not the actual date sent i.e. orders are usually sent out well before the update.
Additional policies and FAQs
Descriptions etc - are as accurate as possible. All sizes are listed as approximate though in reality measured. All photographs are as accurate as possible as are colors unless specifically stated in the description as variable. Please allow for differences in colors on individual monitors. Should you not be happy on receipt of an item you can of course return that item - please see the returns information above.

Samples for publication - I do not supply samples to personal individuals though I am happy to supply samples and or images to publications, please convo or email me with your request.

Special offers - are listings at discounted price. It therefore is not possible to do custom order/bulk order/discounted shipping orders at these prices as they are already discounted.

Packaging - all products are wrapped and shipped in brand new packaging. This is not because I don't believe in recycling (I recycle everything I can from home) but I feel customers should receive everything brand new plus reused envelopes are more likely to be damaged during a second shipping. I ship items with a clear slip cover to protect from scratching and cardboard in an envelope for protection from creases and bending. Or if in bulk, such as card, I package all in clear slip covers to protect from scratching and neatly boxed with packaging materials to keep from creasing or bending.

Feedback - I leave positive feedback on receipt of your feedback once we know your package has arrived safely and you are happy with your purchases. Should there be any problems with your order please, please, please convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I want you to be happy with your purchases and aim to solve any problems at a customer services level i.e. prior to feedback.
