Frequently asked questions
What happens if I put the wrong address on my order?
You can send me a conversation and I will change it if it hasn't already been sent. If it's already been sent it is unfortunately out of my hands and will not be able to refund the item.
What size is A5, A4 and A3?
A5 = 14.8x21cm
A4 = 21x29.7cm
A3 = 29.7x42cm
Do you sell digital downloads?
Yes! I have one listing for any illustration to be digital. Just make sure you read the description for instructions.

Do you accept cancellations if I change my mind?
I do NOT accept cancellations if you change your mind, please choose carefully before you buy.
Do you do custom work?
Unfortunately I don't do custom work at this time.
If my order is delayed can I get a refund?
Unfortunately I CANNOT refund delayed items as it is out of my hands once I have sent it. It's the responsibility of the Australian Postal service to get it to you in time.
Can I change hair or clothing styles on the illustrations?
Unfortunately I don't offer colour or style changes outside of the options available.
