Welcome to my Etsy Shop!

I am a Graphic Designer based out of Newmarket, Ontario. Though it's grown over the years, I still love the fact that my hometown is close enough to the city and in the other direction, close enough to the cottage.

I love creating designs and art that are contemporary, fun, nature inspired-and nature friendly.

Whenever possible, I use the greenest source of production I can. All of my stationery uses at minimum, 30% recycled material- but in most cases I aim even higher than that!

I hand select my paper to get the most eco-friendly, high quality product. Each listing details the type of paper used, so explore and have fun.

Being environmentally friendly isn't just about paper, it's about processes too. Did you know by hand printing, cutting and scoring (rather than doing all of that in bulk with a machine) paper consumption can be cut almost in half? Big machines make mistakes with not just one piece, but sometimes hundreds of them- that's hundreds of imperfect cards that get produced, only to get recycled or worse, thrown away.

- Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, and I haven't been contacted, the sale will be canceled, and the item, re-listed, and you will be reported to Etsy for non-payment. So please, love it for later- give it a heart, love it now, put it in your cart. Confused about the payment process? Just check out the Etsy FAQ or contact me with your questions.

- I prefer Paypal, as it's safe, fast and protects both your information and mine.

- For all custom orders, I require a deposit of 50% upon ordering (this excludes you-print items, which must be paid in full before production). Once them item has been completed and final proof approved, another reserved listing will be posted for the balance remaining, and once paid, the item will be shipped. You can opt to pay in full if you like, just let me know! Digital orders, unless otherwise agreed upon ahead of time in writing, are due in full at the time of ordering.
- All shipping costs are based on regular mail unless otherwise specified, but upgraded shipping is available for all items. Wedding stationary is shipped with Xpresspost because it is insurable and trackable and keeps your items safe.

- Duty Fees, taxes, and handling fees are determined by the carrier and by the country the item is being shipped to, therefore I can not be held responsible for these fees. It is up to the buyer to pay all importing fees. Packages sent back because fees have been refused cannot be refunded or exchanged (they can however be reshipped to you at your expense).

- All items are shipped securely to avoid damage from the elements, or postal workers with butterfingers (hey , everyone has their days). Obviously, shipping insurance is just too expensive for most cards and prints. Who wants to pay $15 in shipping for a single card? If your item arrives damaged, please contact me right away and I will send out a new one as soon as possible.

- Due to potential carrier delays, outside of my control, delivery times are approximate only- and can not be guaranteed
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as it arrives. In most cases, I will send a replacement immediately, free of charge. If the issue is time sensitive, I will offer a store credit for the full amount (including postage) for the shop to use at any time.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me before leaving feedback and we'll figure out something to make you happy! Customer service is very important to me, and your happiness is the most important part of my business!

Due to the custom nature of most of my work, anything with customization is final sale (unless the item arrives damaged).

If your wedding files were not as you expected, I will gladly either work with you to make you happy, or refund you half of the design fee (within 2 sets of proofs). Sorry, once the final proof has been approved, I can not offer a refund.

Wedding invitations should be ordered a minimum of three weeks before they are needed for mailing. Please allow up to two weeks production time before they are shipped, which can take additional time.

Rush service for invitations is available. All rush orders are subject to a 20% service fee and can be ready in as little as three days. Additional shipping charges for overnight shipping apply. Local pick-up is also available. Please convo me for details prior to order.
