If you have any questions regarding orders, problems, or special requests, please don't hesitate to contact me. I typically respond to convos or email within 24 hours.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please notify me within 3 days of receipt and return your order within 7 days of receipt. I will refund (for one-of-a-kind or irreparable items) or send an exchange at no additional cost. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance.

Payment

Payment via Paypal is requested within three days of purchase. (Please note that you do not need a Paypal account in order to make a payment, as Paypal can process major credit cards without a user account.) If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping

Items are shipped via standard USPS mail, typically within three days of receipt of payment. Delivery confirmation and insurance are available, at additional cost, by request.

I try to recycle packing materials whenever possible, which may mean that while fully serviceable, your package might not look shiny and new.

If you're outside of the U.S. or Canada, please convo me for a shipping quote/reserved listing.
