Returns and exchanges
In the event that you wish to return your purchase, please send a Convo or email as soon as you recieve your goods so we can work something out. We take a lot of pride in the items we create. If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to provide a refund for the cost of the item (excluding postage) as long as the goods are returned in there original condition within 14 days. In this instance, we would ask you to pay the return shipping fee also. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions - Thanks!
We accept PayPal for International and Domestic orders.


We require payment within three working days of receiving the order. After two working days, we will send you a convo to check if there are any problems. If you are having any trouble we are happy to work with you - we just need to know :) If no contact is made within 24 hours the item will be re-listed.
We use regular Australian Post to ship your parcel. For information visit www.auspost.com.au. Registered post is also available at an extra cost. Please convo or send an email if you would like us to use Registered post instead of Regular and we will get back to you with a quote.


We make every effort to ship your order quickly. However, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping times depend on your location. For more information please visit www.auspost.com.au


When your order is shipped we will update the status in our Etsy shop notifying you that your order has been shipped. I will also send you a quick convo to confirm that the item is on its way. If you have questions about your order, please feel free to convo us.
