Returns and exchanges
As each item is handmade, all sales are final. However if we caused the error, we will always make it right. All items are made to order, to your specifications in terms of color, personalization, etc. Items are not returnable or refundable. If there is an issue with your item, notification must be made WITHIN 24 hours of receipt of the order.
** If there was an error on my part, a picture will be requested for verification and then item will be replaced ASAP**
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
If you need to request changes to your order, you must do so within 2 hours of purchase. If the item has already gone into production, no changes can be made to the order.
Payment
CANCELING AN ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must request cancellation WITHIN 2 HOURS of purchase. If materials have been ordered and your order is already is the production period, I will not be able to process a cancellation and issue a refund.
Shipping
"Ready to ship in" time, is noted in the listing upon checkout, is the time for production. Please allow time for shipping as well. All items are shipped USPS PRIORITY MAIL with tracking included. Once an item leaves our shop and has tracking noted, we are no longer responsible for the shipment of your package. If there is any delay due to USPS, you will need to contact the post office regarding your tracking.
ALL ORDERS COME WITH SHIPPING INSURANCE.
Please inspect all items upon delivery. Should an order unfortunately arrive broken, simply send us a picture of your item within 24 hours and we will take care of replacing your item in a timely fashion.
Additional policies and FAQs
Be sure to provide the CORRECT shipping address on your Etsy account. EmBellished cannot be held responsible for packages not received if a wrong or incomplete address is provided. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying any additional shipping charge to resend the package.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE INVOICE.
For security purposes and due to Esty guidelines, we CANNOT change any personal information provided by the buyer. Therefore, we cannot mail your order to any other address other than the one you selected during checkout. If you need to change your address, your order will be refunded in full and you may purchase the order again with the correct address
