Thank you for visiting Embellish NOLA! Current turnaround time is 2 full weeks plus shipping time. Orders will ship via first class mail or priority mail, please select your preferred shipping preference at checkout. Please note that priority shipping DOES NOT expedite your order through my shop and the standard turnaround time still applies unless also paying for rush service. Any orders needed before my stated turnaround time will require rush service. No exceptions.
I can accommodate most rush orders but please message me before placing your order to confirm. Free local pickup in Metairie, LA. Enter coupon code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout to deduct shipping costs for pickup orders.

No refunds or exchanges for any reason. If an order is placed and needed before my stated turnaround time, you may pay a rush fee. A refund will not be given.
*If an exception is made per the discretion of the shop owner, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to the refund.

4 out of 5 starsThe embroidery is beautiful however my son hates wearing it because the threads on the inside aren’t covered and are itchy. I may have to iron something over it so my son will tolerate it better. Otherwise I love it so much and I will find a way to make it work!
