Cheap towel, which is not even a bath towel as suggested in pictures.Don't waste $20 on small cheap towel.

This was a nice gift that I had ordered. Not too bad. A great towel, and the figure and lettering were great. Not quite exactly as shown in the picture, certain details of the embroidery, but overall, a great product and the specifics outlined in the custom order were done like was asked for. The shipping was unbelievably fast and the customer service was nice and friendly. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. Thank you embroidered dreams!

DO NOT CUSTOM ORDER FROM THIS WOMAN!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I ordered mermaid hand towels from Carol, and the towels did not look like the picture AND THERE WERE TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF TOWELS SHOWN. First of all, the towels had a different color palette than shown. Duller colors, different themes. The description did NOT specify the colors. Then, when I asked for specification, she said I did not read the description. No professionalism whatsoever. And she did not specify specific colors, because for her red is red and blue is blue. For the custom order, she says she sent me an invoice through PayPal, but then she didn't tell me WHEN she sent the invoice and expected payment same day she sent it. Then she STOPS RESPONDING to my e-mails about the special order, saying it was my fault that I did not respond. HORRIBLE.
