Due to the fact that all products I sell are made to order shipping time can vary from 2 up to 7 weeks.

I always endeavour to have the fabrics in stock, thus minimizing any waiting time for the completion of your order.

For a standard orders usually I ship items within 10 working days from purchase.
Accurate shipping time is indicated in product listing. Please contact me about rush orders. .

Please ensure that you indicate you mailing address accurately when finalizing your order.
In the case that your mailing address listed on your Etsy invoice is different from the one on your PayPal, we will take your Etsy address as our shipping reference.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am not a manufacturer, but a one person shop owner with a sewing machine...I can't do each order within 3-5 working days like a manufacturer can. Please note it before ordering or ask me I can do it faster for you before placing an order.

All orders prepared as custom orders are non-refundable, unless faulty, damaged or not the size you have ordered.
Please remember, custom orders are being made FOR YOU, thus please, make sure you are aware of that when chosing your product!
I would strongly advise you to ask for fabric sample (if you are not sure of the colour or texture of it) or agree on the design and exact size prior to placing the order to avoid any misunderstanding.
