THANK YOU for taking a look around my shop! I make what I like, I like what I make, and I can only hope you like it too! I have several items for sale in my shop but my favorite thing to do is to work together with customers on custom pieces. If there something you've been looking for but haven't found yet, let me know! I'd love to make something just for you!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
As a general rule, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. I do my very best to ensure (prior to shipment) that you, as my customer, are completely satisfied with the piece of jewelry you're purchasing from me. If for some reason there is a problem after you have received your item, PLEASE contact me right away. I am a very reasonable person and I will do my best to see the situation resolved. Whether shipped via USPS or UPS, I ALWAYS purchase delivery confirmation and insurance on all the packages I send out. I am not responsible for what happens to a package after it leaves my hands but again, if there is a problem during shipping, please contact me asap. I'll do whatever I can to see the situation resolved.
At this time, the following methods of payment are accepted in my shop: Paypal or Money Order. If neither of these methods is an option for you, please contact me as it is possible that we may be able to figure out an alternate method of payment for you.
Payment IN FULL must be received prior to shipment of any items.
Any customers residing in the state of Iowa and using Paypal as their method of payment will automatically be charged a 7% Iowa State sales tax. Customers residing in the state of Iowa who wish to pay via Money Order, please contact me prior to purchasing any item(s) as I will have to adjust the price to accommodate the 7% sales tax.
If for some reason you wish to cancel an order, please contact me. I understand that there could be many reasons why an order would need to be cancelled and I am only asking to be informed as to your reason. If no reason is given/no contact is made, I will be forced to report the transaction to etsy admin which could have negative repercussions. There's no reason we can't get things straightened out ourselves right!? :)
All items purchased within the United States are shipped via USPS, insured Priority post.

If you'd prefer an alternate form of shipment (upped to USPS First class, overnight, UPS, FedEx, etc), please contact me prior to purchase and I will be happy to accommodate.

Items shipped outside the united states, unless otherwise discussed with the customer, are shipped via basic first class air mail without insurance (package can be insured for an additional cost).

As for the declaration of internationally shipped items and their prices, I do understand that for some countries, a fee is required in order to receive a package delivered and because of this, I have been asked by different customers if I would mark a package as a gift or declare it at a lesser value than what it actually is. Though this may not seem like it should be a big deal, for me, it is. I try to conduct myself and my business with a level of integrity that doesn't allow me to do either of the above things. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience but I do appreciate your understanding.
