Ordered June 23 and received August 2. I understand there was a shipping confusion on behalf of the seller and post office and apparently she didn’t see my message asking when it would arrive when it hadn’t arrived by due date. However I feel like I should at least be honest that it took over a month to receive and was received after I messaged seller and opened a case on Etsy. The response to the opened case with Etsy was timely though. Also I would say this is more of a red brown cedar frame just as an FYI in case you are thinking it’s brown. Woods and stain probably differ red cedar type stain doesn’t really match my decor so I would have preferred to know it could come off more red. The actual painting is as pictured and I appreciate the communication from seller after I had opened the case.

This item took 1 month to receive. I would have been okay with this but the Emerald Design didn’t reach out to indicate the extensive time frame. In addition, she did not provide me with a tracking number and I didn’t receive it. Then Emerald Design made another one in a couple of days and mailed it out express mail. When I received it, I couldn’t open the wood pieces because the wet paint dried together and the pieces are stuck together. Very strange. I’m not happy at all. I learned my lesson not to buy a personalized gift online when you need it for a certain occasion.

I LOVE my custom made sign!! I needed something to cover the electric panel above our couch, but also wanted it to be centered on the wall. I reached out to Sarah to see if she could help me, and she surpassed my expectations. I’m so beyond happy with the wood, the paint, everything. It’s exactly what I wanted, and everyone that visits comments on how much they love it:) Thank you!

Great customer service! Had issues with the post office loosing the package and with in a couple of days, Sarah made a new sign and got it to me just in time before I went on vacation! I am a very satisfied customer!
