Silver Care Instructions:
Frequent/constant use of the jewelry will actually prevent tarnish. If tarnish does occur, however, you can clean it with a silver cleaning cloth, or simply using a baking soda, lime, and dish soap mixture.
Stainless Steel Care Instructions:
Like the silver jewelry, frequent wearing or use of the stainless steel pieces will enhance the shine. The stainless steel may become discolored simply from debris, which can be easily wiped off with soap and water.

What is your packaging/shipping like?
I make sure each individual item sent is well-wrapped and secure in order to avoid any damage to your piece. I offer free standard delivery on all items. If you place your order before 12pm, your package will be shipped same day. You may choose to pay for priority mail or one-day delivery; please contact me beforehand if doing so.
What if my product is damaged during shipping?
If your product arrives damaged I will exchange or fix it at no cost to you beyond shipment costs.
What if I damage my product?
If you break or damage your product, please contact me to set up the proper reparations. If your stone is damaged, I can replace it with as similar of a stone as I can find. The buyer would have to pay for the cost of the replacement stone. Contact me for more details about repairing, resizing, and remaking. Shipping costs apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for international purchases.

If I want a different stone, would you be able to provide that for the piece?
Happily. It is possible I may have the perfect stone for you readily in my inventory, but if not, the procurement of the new stone may take 2-3 week's time.

Where do you get your gemstones from?
I have stones from all around the world: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, USA, China, India, Africa, Europe, Australia, etc. My stones are sourced with minimal "middlemen" in order to ensure their authenticity. Many of the stones I have found myself directly at the mines!
What does Emetaly mean?
'Emetaly' is an indigenous word from the Mayans which means 'metal-work'.
Where is this technique from?
I learned this technique through my travels and upbringing in Mexico. It is a combination of indigenous techniques from Mexico and Peru, with some inspiration from various other cultures.
