My order says Pre-Transit, but the shipping has not updated. What's going on?
It is likely I have packaged the order and printed the postage, but have not yet made my weekly trip to the post office. Occasionally this trip is delayed due to my busy schedule - if your order is urgent, feel free to shoot me a message asking for an update!
Additionally, if your order is marked as (PRESALE), this is a preorder item that may not ship for over a month. Make sure to check the estimated arrival time and the item description for a better idea of when you will receive it.
If your order has been in Pre-Transit for longer than a week, and is NOT a preorder item, there may be further issues!
