Returns and exchange details
We want to make sure you get the right size the first time. Please consult any sizing charts included and take note if item says it runs small. We welcome exchanges for a different size, but you are responsible for shipping both ways.
Paid value of prepaid custom orders expires one year from purchase date. If you preorder a custom item, you must redeem within a year.
COVID-19 UPDATE: USPS is experiencing many delays in shipping estimates. I promise to send out all orders on time! However, I am a small business and cannot refund orders that are delivered late due to the fault of USPS.
