I started my shop originally making custom frames. Although I had fun making them, they were very labor intensive.... As a "MAKER" I am constantly having new ideas popping in my head. I was lucky enough to be able to materialize an idea into the typography signs I have featured in my shop today. I design each sign digitally, once I am pleased with the design, it is printed on my large format printer. Each print is distressed and through a multi-step process affixed & finished on tin. I then nail the "tin print" to the frame, which is also handmade from start to finish by me. I can't think of many things more rewarding than to be able to have an idea, make it real, love it and have others love it as well.
As a wife and mother of 3 young busy girls, it can make keeping up with the demands of having an etsy shop challenging at times. But I am grateful everyday to have a family AND to be a "MAKER"
