I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Is something you ordered not what you expected? I try very hard to make detailed and accurate listings, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to accept returns or to work out replacements or exchanges for anything that arrives damaged. I always package my products carefully but accidents do happen.

Custom or personalized orders, and sale items are not eligible for returns, unless they should arrive damaged, in which case I will be happy to work out a replacement or exchange. Should you receive an item that is damaged in any way, please contact me with a picture of the damage. You will be responsible for returning the damaged item to me, but any replacement or exchange will be shipped to you free of charge.

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship the items back to me within 30 days of your request. You will be responsible for the return shipping to get the item back to me, but once I receive your return I will refund you your full original purchase price (including the original shipping fee).
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and Paypal.
Shipping
Most items will be shipped within 3-5 days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed, with the exception of made to order items and custom orders. I ship through USPS and items will be shipping from Southampton, Massachusetts. Please double-check your shipping address, all items will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy invoice. Shipping overages of $2.00 or more will be refunded.
