Emi wants everyone to be 100% satisfied with their orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Emi immediately. All products are created with quality products and craftsmanship. Emi builds each piece as if it were for her or her own family, and wants the enjoyment to be the same when opened by you or your family/friends.

Important Notes and Restrictions:

Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before being returned to Emi..

No refunds or returns on custom orders.

As a safeguard against potential abuse, Emi reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.

Please note that gift box charges are not refundable.

Please Contact me if you receive any broken or damaged beads, or are in any way unhappy with your beads and I will immediately replace it/them.

In order to safeguard against fraud, a picture of the broken / damaged item must be sent to me via email, and on receipt of that, an item as similar to that purchased will be reshipped at no additional cost to you.

Please Contact me if you are not happy with the product you purchased to work out either a refund or a replacement item.

In cases of returns I will refund original shipping costs, but the return shipping will be at your cost.

Damaged or Incorrect/Incomplete Orders:

We will be happy to replace any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs.
