If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 business days. We will issue a refund for the cost of your purchase (before shipping). Buyer is responsible for the item's return shipping costs. Restrictions apply.

We are happy to accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Etsy gift cards. Payment must be made in full before your item can be shipped. 7% sales tax is collected on all orders that ship to New Jersey.

FRAME IS NOT INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE OF WATERCOLOR PRINTS. The listings in our shop are for the watercolor print ONLY! Contact me for frame sizing and recommendations!

All items are carefully inspected before packaging to ensure that they are free of defects and accurate to the listing and order.

Shipping rates include: shipping supplies, postage & USPS Tracking. Please expect 3-5 business days to receive your print in the U.S. once the order has shipped. On some occasions, however, it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

We cannot make an absolute guarantee on delivery dates - even with Priority Shipping. We are happy to give you a general estimate, but once your item has shipped, we solely rely on USPS to make the final delivery. We will do everything we can to get your item to you on time, but please allow for enough time when ordering! :) You can find our current production time in the shop announcements on our homepage, as well as the shipping & policies tab. Feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.

As a final note, please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct. That is the address where your order will be shipped, unless otherwise advised. For international orders: all customs, duty and/or import fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact your local customs office for further details.

A NOTE ABOUT DIGITAL PROOFS: We are not able create digital proofs prior to purchase. We want all of our customers to absolutely LOVE their prints, but creating a proof is a substantial time commitment. The time we spend away from our children and our family must be dedicated to print designs that have already been purchased. We appreciate your understanding!

**If a proof is requested and approval is not received within one full week of proof delivery, the order will be shipped AS IS.**
