My experience with Emma was wonderful from requesting a quote, all the way through to her checking we were happy with our portrait after receiving it. Her communication has been faultless, with speedy responses to any queries or requests throughout the process. The portrait itself, a memorial piece of one of our cats, is stunning! Emma managed to capture a beautiful likeness of our special boy, along with managing to portray his gentle nature. I'd asked for an adjustment to an ear position from the reference photo Emma used for the portrait, which is done in such a way that you'd think it was that way in her reference photo. Sadly another of our cats passed while Emma was completing this portrait. When we're ready, we will most definitely be asking Emma to paint him too.
