If you would like a custom piece, I would love to design it for you. My custom piece must be purchased before and then I will create your one-of-a-kind Fl(h)air. I send photos and keep good communication with my customers on every item.
I accept debit or credit cards for direct checkout as well as Paypal. Your address (whether it is US or not) must be confirmed on Paypal for me to ship your items. If you address is not confirmed buyer must understand there can and may be a cancellation of the sale on Paypal and Etsy. Some shops may ship to unconfirmed address but my business doesn't. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
For US Orders: Current processing time are 3-5 business days (business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays). Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Please check my profile for current updates as well ( the time may be longer due to vacations, sick leave etc.) You will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped via USPS and Etsy.
For all orders outside the United States:
I send all my packages with tracking/delivery confirmations. Once your package has left our US borders, I am unable to track the package. I am sorry I will not be responsible for lost or undelivered packages that have made it to or outside of the US borders. We do not offer refunds or shop credit of any kind if the package is lost, undelivered or stolen, etc. I am not in control of the postal system and anything that is in or outside of the US borders. I will provide a tracking number so you may see that you package was sent. I very rarely have an issue. I have lost one package in Norway out of the 9,000 packages that have arrived safely. It is not to scare you as a customer but I want to make sure you know the reality of shipping international. If you are still concerned please convo me - there are ways to make sure the item is tracked internationally but there will be a cost I will have to calculate with FEDEX.
You will be responsible for your own VAT tax, duties and other taxes,etc. I can't pay your taxes for you - that is illegal. You will need to pay with your own money to whatever the taxes, VAT or Duties,etc. may charge you.
For UK Customers: You can track your parcel using parcelforce.com and use the same tracking number as provided from your order.
Returned Mail Issue: If you have purchased an item and it has been returned and it is my fault (ie: the wrong color, my misprinting, i sent the wrong package etc.) I will resend the package. If the mail address is correct and it was a mistake made by me, your package will be resend. If it is a wrong address due to your provided Etsy address given during check out (ie: misspelled words, no apartment number, wrong apartment numbers, new home or apartment address, wrong zipcode, no such person at the address, unable to forward, etc.) most of the time I can't print your order and have messaged you regarding correction or needing corrected address. If the package did ship and there is a mistake on your part I do ask that you pay only for the new postage. I can't keep paying extra postage when there is an issue with the wrong information provided by the customer. I hope you can understand. I have done that before and have gladly paid to have the other Etsy owner re-send the package.
If you are using US approved address but are located outside of the US Borders (for example: Cuba, Guam etc.), we can not provide tracking information for your package and is 100% purchase at your own risk. USPS and Fl(h)air is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen products and/or packages. We are not trying to scare you out of purchasing but by purchasing any listing and confirming order(s) you are aware that we can not be liable for the lost, damaged or stolen packages once it has shipped from our Walla Walla, Washington or Spokane, Washington USPS Postal Office locations.
When it comes to United States businesses that pack and internationally ship, we have some policies. I will need a valid phone number if there are any issues regarding the package. We need to have an email confirmation from the email provided on the order that it is in fact you, the customer, and you are confirming this order. We also will contact the shipping company and review their website. If they do not have a valid phone number or legit website, we will terminate the order and refund. This is not to cause complications, we have received many fraud orders and have to protect our products.
Refunds and Exchanges
All custom orders will have a final approval through a convo and will have a photo for you to approve. Once there is an approval the custom item will be shipped, there will not be a refund for your custom order.
I send all packages with a delivery confirmation with every package to ensure you have received the package at the door step. If there is an item that is missing or late please convo me.
Please note if the delivery confirmation shows it has been delivered to your address and you are unable to find it due to lost or stolen after USPS has given the correct date and time it was deivered I can't send you another package. I know how terrible that can be because I have been there before but that is why I send a delivery confirmation with every order to ensure your package gets to you. I can't be responsible if there is theft. Make sure before you order that you are able to give me an address where you are sure someone you trust will be home to get your mail.
If there has been an attempt or notice for delivery and there is no package I will try my best to keep good contact with the USPS and their representatives. In some cases may take up to 30 days for USPS to be able to track and find the package. In the very rare case I send a second package and there is another issue with the delivery of the package at the same address (or different address), I will not be able to refund the purchased price or send a third package. I am not responsible after a second attempt has been made. You are more than welcome to contact USPS Customer Service to try to locate your package 1-800-275-8777

If you are unsatisfied and would prefer a refund you will be given a partial refund due to the cost incurred with Etsy and/or Paypal. Refund requests will have to be in the time frame within a week of delivered time. You will need to send the package back to the return address on the package. You will not be refunded for the cost of shipping since there is a discount in the shipping to your home. If your product qualifies for a return I can refund you once the item has been received by me. If the item is damaged or ruined once the item is correctly returned you will be charged a percentage as well. I suggest to customers to make sure there is delivery confirmation or some type of tracking information so the seller and buyer both know it was delivered to the correct address. I have certain items manufactured that I do not personally make. If there is an issue with your product please let me know so I can let the manufacturer know as well. I may request photos taken so I can see what the problem may be. I am available on here almost 24/7 unless I am on vacation and know my products well. If you have any questions please convo me. I am able to answer any questions you may have before purchase. So if you are unsure on what color, size, etc. make sure you ask before purchase.
I send everything USPS, I am not liable for damages done to the packages/products once it has left my hands. If you have an issue with damaged packages please let me know, in rare cases you may have to contact USPS depending on issue at hand. Almost all of the time I will take care of customer service (tracking lost packages, providing delivery confirmation, filing lost or missing reports) needs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We have our Etsy shop and a website. I receive up to 1,000 emails a day and would hate to mix yours up with someone else's order or not see your email. ONLY message me on Etsy convos regarding Etsy inquiries. We are not responsible for changes to your order, changes to your address, cancellation, or any correspondence on our email. Please keep all matters regarding Etsy on Etsy convos.
Some items are small and can be a chocking hazard if swallowed. Please keep small items away from children and use with caution.
Color options for hair ties are shown on the 5th photo of the listing (if applicable for that listing). They are not exact but are as close as the color as I can get on my monitor. Every phone, ipad, tablet and computer screen is a little different. Some colors may be off slightly due to this.

Rush orders can, in most cases, be easily accommodated.There is an extra fee for rush orders- please convo me for orders that need to be rushed. Orders are usually processed in 3-5 days due to order volume, since I am a one person shop. Shipping is First Class and is usually 1-3 days not including the weekend.
